Shipping and Returns

WHICH SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?

We ship using both UPS and UPS SurePost, which is when UPS hands off the final step of delivery to the US Postal Service. (Regardless, the tracking information remains the same throughout the entire delivery process, and the USPS tracking ID is added to the UPS tracking page.) This means that your order may arrive at your door via UPS or USPS. If you have a preference between the two, please reach out to us at service@sidmashburn.com or 1-855-627-4287 and we will happily accommodate .

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

Because we share inventory with all of our stores, ground shipment timelines for orders can vary.

Orders placed by 1pm Eastern will typically ship out that same day if all items in the order are coming from the same location. Orders placed after 1pm Eastern, or that contain items in multiple locations, will ship within 7 business days. If you have a specific date by which you need your order in hand, please reach out to our Customer Experience Team for a more exact ETA, or select expedited shipping.

The above only applies to orders placed with free ground shipping — orders placed with expedited shipping are bumped to the front of our queue to meet delivery guarantees.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

As of March 26 2020, UPS has implemented additional safety measures due to COVID-19 and cannot currently guarantee the usual delivery windows. While they will make every effort to deliver your order on time, it may take a little longer with their increased volume and altered procedures. Thank you for understanding. You will be able to select your shipping speed when you place your order:

  • UPS Ground: Orders are typically delivered within 2-7 business days from the time they are shipped.
  • UPS 3-Day Select: Orders are typically delivered within 3 business days from the time they are shipped.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: Orders are typically delivered within 2 business days from the time they are shipped.
  • UPS Next-Day Air: Orders are typically delivered the following business day after they are shipped.

Please note that UPS does not deliver on Saturdays as part of their normal service. If you need your order delivered on a Saturday, please reach out to our Customer Experience Team at service@sidmashburn.com or 1-855-627-4287 so that we can arrange a Saturday delivery.

If you're in the Atlanta area, you may also select in-store pickup if you'd rather come by our shop on the Westside. We're not able to offer in-store pickup in our other locations right now, but we'd love to see you in the shop if you happen to be in Houston, Washington DC, Dallas, or Los Angeles.

WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?

We want to make it easy for you to experience Mashburn, so we offer free ground shipping within the US. If you'd prefer to receive your items more quickly, 3-Day, 2nd Day, and Next-Day shipping costs are calculated through our UPS best-rate calculator based on the weight of your shipment and your location. In-store pickup at our Atlanta location is offered at no additional charge.

CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO A P.O. BOX?

UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address. They do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, Army Post Office (APO) addresses, or Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses. If you enter one of these address types, your order will be delayed and will require a correction to a valid street address, which may come with an additional charge.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate international orders. If you live outside the US and would like to shop with us, we recommend using a forwarding service or having your order sent to a friend or family member in the US. (You'll need to use a payment method with a US billing address.) We are currently redeveloping our site to be able to better serve customers all over the world, and we're sorry for the inconvenience! WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We are committed to giving you the highest-quality product available, and we want to make sure you love what you have... and aren't stuck with it if you don't. In that spirit, we will happily accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 45 days of purchase, unless those items are marked as final sale. We ask that beauty, food, and grooming items be unopened and unused.

HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS FROM MY ORDER?

We enclose a prepaid UPS label with every order for easy returns. If you do not have a return label, please reach out to our Customer Experience Team at service@sidmashburn.com or 1-855-627-4287 and we can email a label to you. Pack up the items you'd like to return, either in the original shipping box or one of your own, and make sure you have your order invoice. Tick the boxes next to those items on the invoice, include it in the box, and send it back to us within 45 days. (Again, note that items should be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered; unopened and unused for beauty, food, and grooming items.)  You can drop the box off at any UPS location or schedule a pickup at UPS.com.  Once the package has arrived back at our warehouse, please allow up to 2 weeks for us to process the return and issue the refund to the original form of payment. Once issued, refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit institution.

When you use our label, a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Or, for no charge, you can bring your items to return in-store if you're located near any of our shops.

MAY I RETURN ITEMS FROM MY ONLINE ORDER IN ONE OF YOUR SHOPS?

Yes! If you're located near Atlanta, Houston, Washington DC, Dallas, or Los Angeles, you can bring the items in for return, exchange, or tailoring in the shop, unless those items were purchased on final sale. With this option, there is no return shipping & processing fee.

WHAT IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE MY ITEMS FOR SOMETHING ELSE?

We do not offer exchanges. Instead, just place a brand-new order for the replacement item at your earliest convenience. We produce in super-limited runs, and items often go quickly... we'd hate for you to miss out.
